First Light is a small, in-person men’s group that meets weekly to build consistency, presence, and real connection with other men. This is a structured, relational space designed to help men slow down, listen more closely, and engage honestly—without fixing, performing, or pretending. Each gathering follows a steady rhythm that includes guided discussion, shared reflection, and simple practices shaped by the Rugged Journey pillars. First Light is not group therapy or a drop-in circle. It is a committed, ongoing group where trust is built through showing up and staying engaged. Some men remain here for a season. Others use First Light as a clear entry point into deeper work within The Rugged Journey.
